CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND POLICY

All reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until
received the payment.

In the event of a change in the date of the reservation, it will only be made subject to availability and is subject to the conditions of the island.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS:

If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the day trip, you can reschedule the date within a maximum period of six months.

If the day pass is NOT postponed 24 hours in advance, or the passenger does not show up at the dock *NO SHOW*, they will completely lose their pass.

Clients may withdraw up to 24 hours before the service and 80% of the service will be refunded, the remaining 20% ​​correspond to administrative expenses, after the deadline *NO* any type of refund will apply.

‼️ *PA'UE BEACH LOUNGE* will not be obliged to refund any sum if, due to reasons beyond its control, force majeure or related to the pandemic, the client does not show up on time on the day of their reservation or arrives after the boarding time.
