We go out every day of the week. Customers must be at door #4 of La Bodeguita at 7:20 am. We set sail at approximately 8:00 am.

The journey takes 45 minutes. At 3 pm we leave the island back and are at the dock again at approximately 4 pm

**Promotions or publications with rates lower than the established retail price are not allowed.

**The payment of the Net Rate must be:
Paid by the client on the day of the tour at the dock or,
Paid by the agency at the time of booking or within 24 hours maximum. before the tour date.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS ON THE SAME DAY, EITHER AT THE DOCK OR BY TRANSFER.

**Groups with more than 4 people must pay 100% of the net rate to confirm the reservation.

**Unauthorized publications on OTA platforms such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, Airbnb etc. are not allowed. We manage our official channels exclusively.

**For logistical reasons we do not go to the Oceanarium nor do we offer Snorkeling

Clients must show up at 7:20 am at gate #4 of Muelle La Bodeguita.
